How do you connect a samsung tv remote to a Norcent dvd player?

Q. I'm trying to connect a samsung remote whith my Norcent dvd player. Is it possible and if so, how?

A. As i've never heard of Norcent I would imagine it is too odscure to have a code, but I could of course be wrong.
